Refund & Return Policy — Cheary Custom Creations

Thank you for shopping with Cheary Custom Creations! Because most of our products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized merchandise.

Please carefully review all names, numbers, spelling, sizes, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order. Cheary Custom Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Clothing Sizes

Please review sizing information before ordering. Because apparel is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, fit preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the error was made by Cheary Custom Creations, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Handmade & Customized Products

Because many of our products are handmade or individually customized, slight variations in color, design placement, embroidery, glitter, printing, or other details may occur. These minor variations are part of the custom process and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, monitor, and mobile-device settings.

Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes if production has not yet begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Fundraiser & Team Store Orders

Custom merchandise purchased through school, sports team, organization, or fundraiser collections is also considered made-to-order and is not eligible for returns or exchanges, except when an item is defective or an error was made by Cheary Custom Creations.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
