All items are custom made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products We do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can work with you to find a resolution. 

We value your satisfaction and review each concern on a case by case basis to ensure any errors on our part are corrected promptly
